Standard Terms & Conditions

1.Competitions are not open to employees and their families.

2.By entering the competition the winner agrees to participate in such promotional activity and material as Club Mykonos may require.

3.The prize will not be transferable to another person.

4.No part of a prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize.

5.The prize excludes all alcoholic beverages. This will be for the winners own cost.

6.Incorrectly completed entries will be disqualified.

7.The draw will be random and audited.

8.The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

9.Winners will be contacted directly on the details provided.

10.If a winner can not be contacted within a week of winning the prize a new winner will be chosen.

11.Prizes not claimed within three months will be forfeited.

12.Once an individual has won a competition they will not be eligible as a winner for 6 months from the winning date.

13.By entering into a competition it is deemed that you have read and understood these rules.

14.For future unforeseen circumstances Club Mykonos reserve the right to amend competition rules at anytime.
